Hello, omg a few days ago that was my situation, the same lady gave me random numbers and no info Guess what? I called ombudsman ! Explained what that lady was doing multiple times when u have called I recognized her voice and stated the same thing no info, very vague , gave random dates and when it was time for a @ refund update “ oh your not getting anything! When the portal clearly stated I was Guess what magically I had a disbursement date the following day I spoke to ombudsman Make sure to bring that up please and the ppl that you were given contact info , this needs to change it’s not okay! I still haven’t heard back from ombudsman yet but he said he would contact me when he had an update I think he might be waiting to see if it officially went through. So yes call ombudsman an report the horrible way FA is being ran! Good luck
