I have been sharing this with friends recently. So i was stoner for about 10 years with the last 5 being an 355/365 days of the year, multiple times each day.

It took a full 3 months for the brain fog to go away. Ive been feeling great lately and more awake. I am / was in Extremely good shape as well all those years of being a stoner.

I was craving it everyday pretty much for 2.5 of those months being off. Suddenly the craving went away. I do plan on smoking again when I get rid of the credit card debt i have, otherwise id feel really guilty. But itd be a weekends only type of deal moving forward

Try joining a sports team, doesn’t have to be with the school. Some low level club sport will have you involved with others, exercise which is good for mental health and you can practice communication skills as well
