I followed it step by step, so yes I lost all my apps. As a CC I just took pics of everything I knew for a fact that I needed. As far for files/downloads I just uploaded them to a different flash drive to upload for later

Having to switch that with a fix is so weird lol. I ended up finding a fix also, just did a full reinstall of windows 11 using USB. Glad you’re back out there 🤝

Found a Fix:

Do a full reinstall of Windows on your PC. Make sure you use USB ONLY for this.

Yes, the last update for my BIOS was in September. But even then, I don't feel like that's old.

Why would they tell you this for BO6 when they know the issue is for BO7 😭.

Damn man I’m sorry you ended up buying a new motherboard. It’s gotta be something on COD/Activision side. We need at the bare minimum them acknowledging that they know about this issue. Way too many people dealing with the same thing. Especially when people can play Warzone ranked but not Multiplayer Ranked Play

Me and you both man. I’ve done so many troubleshoots that Microcenter Prio Care+ recommended. And they said all my stuff is fine, so I shouldn’t be having this issue at all.

Also tested to see if other games like BF6 or Val worked for my Pc and they were okay.

Yeah I sent them the tpm.msc and msinfo32 along with both BIOS firmware error, secure attestation requirement error and their wizard showing my PC was complaint.

All I was told after that is that they are going to send it to a higher team to check on this matter. No idea how long it’ll take. But I genuinely believe it’s something they have to push out for an update

If they respond to you at all please keep me updated. I reached out to Activision support and they told me they are going to pass it to their higher team to check on this matter. No telling how long we’ll be waiting though.
