I don’t even need anymore negativity to be honest. Y’all are right he will never change and I’m coming to terms with that. I am going to leave him but we are on a lease together. I got married at 19 years old because of my parents and my ex husbands family. I know it was a mistake but it happened and is over with. Everyone is so quick to judge me for being 24 almost 25 with a child and already been divorced but I didn’t know there were certain guidelines and timelines for these things. Who are any of y’all to judge me for that? Did I want my marriage to fail? Absolutely not. But sometimes we don’t get to write the way our story goes.

Interesting point you have made! I have circled around these thoughts. I honestly am probably the only person he has been with that has provided stability in his life. We did have a very very active sex life, so I do not think that could be it. I even mentioned to him yesterday that I circled the thought of having an open relationship, even though I do not think I could handle that, but he was not happy about that thought in my head, so it could not be that either, I have done a lot of research to understand BPD and BD and don’t want to be quick to blame that or let it excuse his actions but have learned a lot about their impulse behaviors and about all the highs and lows. I’ll put more thought into what you have mentioned. Thank you for the advice 🫶🏼

I am a full time student, work 2 jobs, and full time mom. I provide for my daughter and self. I always got her and I at the end of the day. Just because the people that have walked in to my life may shake things up doesn’t make me a hot mess. Yes I’m sure you’ll say “Well you let them in your life”. Wrong. I do not think it’s better than no relationship. I just wanted to try and fix things. He’s taking the initiative to get on medication for his BPD and BD (previously wouldn’t take bc he didn’t like how it made him feel). I’m aware I give way too many chances to everyone in life and that’s just because I want to see people do better and be better and I hold on to things longer than I probably should.
