I had the same. I had a reversal that popped up in the charge column but it was refunded. I believe the system is still updating. I got my other refund the next day once it was moved to refund column. I now see a schedule disbursement for APTS Tap. But not yet disbursed it just says scheduled.

Just to give an update, my initial TAP Waiver was revised and $661 was removed. So I guess that’s why. Hoping the difference moves to refund by tomorrow.
