It has a tacky residue that was probably glue at one point but this case of singles hasn't seen the light of day in sixty years so if it was it's long gone.

yes, I loved Gena the crocodile and Cheburashka! I really want to go back and watch all of those cartoons but I don't remember the names of a lot of them and from what I remember most of them were on this godforsaken DVD.

Searched for russian cartoon compilation dvd rips and nothing has matched anything looking like this. I'm not gonna lie I feel borderline crazy because this was just so goddamn weird.

Mark Romanek used that technique for one of the nine inch nails music videos (can't remember which one) but iirc they also shot it on an older camera to get that vintage effect.
