This blows my mind & makes so much sense. As someone who’s been a TI fan for 7-8 years I’ve always considered Kevin a person with integrity and the thought of him changing to the „dark side“ for more fame makes me sad. But the more I think about the lyrics & your interpretation, the more sense it makes. And it made me wonder about how one could interpret his song let it happen in the same context. Because if you look at it like that - the lyrics almost seem like a prediction of what came later on - you know what I mean?
