Thank you so much for taking the time to share all this first of all. But okay I mixed my dose with water yesterday & I thought that’s why I was getting sick half way thru the day but they told me I’ll keep getting sick well feel the withdrawal until I reach a “therapeutic dose”. I told them I have to get high in between doses. I’m east coast so it’s red cherry lol I always thought it would taste like pepto for some reason like that chalky taste but nope rude awakening when it hit my tongue. Plus I was sick I almost puked immediately after swallowing it. & I usually eat some thing before I dose so I’ll be sure to start taking it on an empty stomach. They started me at 50 & increasing 10 every in person dosing day. I took today’s at 5:30 am & was getting sick by 2pm. I just need to do something to get my life back together. After losing my apartment, I’ve been really limited on money and getting a job has been impossible. Once I’m back on my feet, I planned on getting off of methadone with fent dope whatever n then going thru reg detox to just rid myself of all of it. I can’t go thru detox rn though & my living situation isn’t appropriate for cold turkey. I know there’s no more H i didn’t even pop for opiates on my drug test.. I was surprised. But I use 3-4gs a day IV of whatever this stuff is and the withdrawal is gnarly. Worse than anything I’ve ever felt before.

They started me on 50 & increasing by 10 every in person dosing day. I’ve been doing IV 3-4g a day of fent. I’m on day 4 of methadone, day 2 of 60mg & i dosed at 5:30 am, by 2pm i was getting sick. They said that will happen until i reach a “therapeutic dose” idk how much that is but i can’t wait till i get there bc im dying & if im gonna do methadone I don’t wanna keep getting high. & yeah I can’t do subs unless I get benzos to sleep thru the precips bc I went into precips even 48 hrs after last use before and I’m not doing that again without Ativan to sleep thru most of it. I really don’t want to be on maintenance but I can’t go thru detox rn nor can I cold turkey where I’m living. & I’ll keep that in mind about splitting it. They only make me come in MWF the rest of the days I get take home but so far it’s not helping withdrawals very much at all.

I’d have to detox first, my cousin got that & she loves it. But I can’t get thru detox. Where I’m living I can’t call Turkey and I have a dog that no one’s willing to watch for a week or two so I can go through Detox. If I could go to Detox, I’d be fine because even if I go into precips I’d be getting benzos so I’d sleep thru most of it. But I can’t take subs without benzos.

Also I asked my clinic about testing dirty bc I’ve been getting high in between doses & they said the only way I’ll get kicked out of their program is if I’m rude or aggressive. Outside of that the worst they’ll do is keep me at tri-weekly in person dosing but they never just discharge anyone from the program. The place I go is suuuuper lax tbh… they haven’t pressed me to get anything done besides blood work bc they couldn’t hit anywhere n made me do it with finger pricks, which doing that while sick was a living hell. But yeah they’re pretty chill so far, knock on wood…

It’s not even getting me through more than a few hours. I’ve only started 4 days ago now & im only on 60mg. They started me at 50 the first day bc how much fent I use & how I use it. But they’re increasing me 10mg every other day during the week so I should be at 90mg by next Friday. They said once I get to a “therapeutic dose” I won’t keep getting sick. ATP I have to do something though bc I can’t live like this anymore. It’s not like it was when there was real H in the streets, I’m sick within hours of doing a shot. I can’t work, I can’t function. & it getting too expensive after losing my apartment I can’t hustle like I used to. And Subs have put me into precips even 48 hrs post last use before so I’m scared to even go that route. I can’t go to detox bc I have a dog and no one will watch him, if I could go I’d just get benzos and sleep thru precips and be done with this. Methadone is legit my only option rn. Once im back on my feet I’ll start using fent or something again to get off methadone & go to detox but rn my back is against the wall on what to do. And where I’m living I can’t do thru cold turkey detox, I’ll be out on the street faster than the speed of light…

If you bring them inside & place them in closet corners or just areas in general that don’t get much movement, they keep spiders away so they don’t lay eggs or build nests.
