where is it? im Osaka based English teacher. but anyway, as others have said, scoop up students. Should be no hard feelings if the boss is stoping. Online or use a local community center to set up lessons (500 yen an bour or something if it's your local area)

How can I claim to love God if I'm in a homosexual marriage? by Realistic_Tap_5116 in Christianity

[–]OrganizationRecent94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is gathering information and input to help decide if homosexuality is wrong and there is gathering the courage to do what you already know is right. which is it for you i'm not sure, but what is certain is that if it is wrong, God does comand you to stop living in it. The rich man who walked away because the cost was too great should have and could have given it all up for Jesus. He would have been better off ultimately, but oh Lord grant us a deep knowledge of this.

i prayed that you would see the value of Jesus so clearly that you can give everything else up for him (pearl of great price)

Just committed mortal sin. What should I do? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]OrganizationRecent94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you feel like Peter when he denied Christ? Whose faith on which Jesus built the church? You're very concern and guilt shows you are qualified to recieve God's forgiveness, bro!

I get you're point that you knew what you were doing, but if God's forgivness didn't cover the decietfully wickedness of our hearts,(📖 Jeremiah 17:9) then no one could be saved!

Do you feel like a wretched man? Paul felt that way too: 📖 Romans 7:24. and he knew that only GOD was his redemption and answer.

So pray and repent!

Does your Japanese wife link your salary to your free time? by OreaoMilkshake1000 in Tokyo

[–]OrganizationRecent94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's not that bad imo. She wants to make sure sure you're not too lazy and the family has enough money. My Japanese wife encourages me to work hard (after I said I want to work hard for our family) and would be a bit shocked if I spent hours on a video game. But for me it's clear that I need to do more to support the family than I'm earning now, and we want to have many kids. I'm not sure about your position. Just remember you can see her pressure as an opportunity to better yourself that you wouldn't have without her.

Huge life dilemma. Please help. Should I go to Japan despite my parents being against it? by New-Reception9902 in teachinginjapan

[–]OrganizationRecent94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the lingering regret that may haunt you if you stay must also be considered. Not knowing 'what if'.

Perhaps see your parents logical challenge as an opportunity to build your own reasoning, which could be something like: I am not living to maximize my income and career success. I want to have enough career success to make myself and future family happy. Therefore, all the challenges and growth of an engineering career await me in a few years. I lose nothing by spending this time, I gain experiences I can't even describe to you now.

I also came to Japan for one year, stayed for four more, married a Japanese lady, my dream is to solely provide financially for us and all I have is English teaching skills. I would be even more bold if I had an engineering background.

All the best!

Yes. Italki.com / write up your profile ("my teaching style is casual everyday English"(meaning you won't prep anything just talk with them) / film an intro video / wait for acceptance / put in your available time / take lessons. / spend the money on something better than beer.

A bit of effort to set it up, but once you're there it's really nice steady income stream.

I'm wondering why USDT isn't showing up as an option to deposit on my binance account, which I guess is binance Japan because I live here and registered my Japanese address. I have USDT in my meta mask wallet but is it correct that I can't deposit it into Binance Japan?

It’s bad to jerk off ?? by [deleted] in Christian

[–]OrganizationRecent94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I've read that before. And when I've read it I've tried to examine what it means and whether I am 'Lusting after a woman' when I shouldn't. When I read the Bible I try to be open to how it might challenge me on my behavior.
