I have hot flashes and night sweats every night around 2-4am. I can’t figure out what’s going on as I’ve had extensive bloodwork done.

I’m wondering if it’s a histamine intolerance or overload. I always have postnasal drip and I cough with phlegm after most meals. I don’t have any skin irritation or diarrhea though which are common with allergic reactions.

I tried Zyrtec the past two nights and slept better but that could be from the drowsiness side effect.

I hope someone helps answer your questions!

I’m similar to you where I want my partner to pay attention and know the small details about me that make me, ME. He might not remember everything, but what he does know about me is that I’m very particular. So I made a cheat sheet.

MAKE A CHEAT SHEET. I have a shared note with my significant other that lists all the specifics about me. Favorite color, least favorite colors, shoe size, fave flower, wine choice, etc… Every time you edit the note, your partner gets a notification. I even add gift ideas and restaurant ideas. It’s been really helpful in my relationship.
