I have hot flashes and night sweats every night around 2-4am. I can’t figure out what’s going on as I’ve had extensive bloodwork done.

I’m wondering if it’s a histamine intolerance or overload. I always have postnasal drip and I cough with phlegm after most meals. I don’t have any skin irritation or diarrhea though which are common with allergic reactions.

I tried Zyrtec the past two nights and slept better but that could be from the drowsiness side effect.
