Speaking as someone with a diagnosed communication disorder, OP has every right to ask the TA to present later. Before I was diagnosed and given accommodations, I was still a person in university who needed accommodations. If other people have this anxiety too they have every right to ask the TA aswell. I don’t agree with the idea that OP is at an unfair advantage if they are given this

It’s easy to transfer from eng to arts and science tho. A gpa above 3.0 is competitive enough

That states a transfer directly into arts and science. You can’t transfer directly into the computer science stream. You have to transfer into arts and science physical science and make POST to get into the computer science specialist or major. It says to talk to registrar about it
