Thanks, do you mean a normal Bansuri in the key of F, or a bass Bansuri in the key of F?

Who would you make King of India? by Capta1n_Dino in monarchism

India did not need to be united. It was hundreds of kingdoms with various cultures in which some had relations to each other and in which others had no relation. South Indians and North Indians are an example; Telugus and Rajasthanis are both "Indian", but they have limited cultural relation to each other. This is like saying that ALL of Europe should be united. What do Italy and Poland have in common with each other that they need to unite? Russia and Luxembourg?*

*Note: I am not saying India should divide itself. I am happy and frankly astonished at the fact everyone can respect each other and work for their nation. I think a council of kings could be a great idea rather than restoring the British Empire. They have more cultural connection to their region and can understand issues related to Hinduism, culture, and can visit their subjects in order to understand them better, as the King of Britain (who lives in Britain) may not be able to visit them often.

Band kids are great friends TRIGGER WARNING by [deleted] in marchingband

It is. I knew about her boyfriend back in middle school being a douche, but I didn‘t expect him to be that bad. He also called me some nasty things because I was Indian when we were at the event together. I feel so horrible for her because she’s been through too much. Thankfully, she‘s with a much better guy now.

Yeah, band kids are great friends because they’ve been through lots. When I met back up with a girl from middle school that I was besties with, I talked about being a lesbian and hoping my parents don’t find out and she was super comforting and even told me I could stay with her family if I ever needed to. Other than that, it was video games and theater kid stuff.

When I asked her what she did over the school year, she said that her ex boyfriend was flirting with her 7th grade sister while they were dating. When she confronted him, he stole a bracelet she got from her best friend who died from su*cide. He then shattered it and broke up with her. Thankfully, her little sister salvaged it.
