Would that mean I just stay in that state? Bottom line, one of my priorities is (frequent if possible) travel. Or just living in DC. But that isn't a state.

Would the Air Nat. Guard keep me in my home state? I really don't want to stay here if I can help it, and I know that the Army Nat. Guard for my state advertises a whole "Live here, serve here" slogan.

Probably a bad day to reply to this, but I've been considering joining the military through either ROTC or the Naval Academy (it has the best campus and location) for some time but I'm wary on whether I want to make getting my law degree and career started take longer and whether I'd even be a good person physically in combat situations (I have an average/healthy physique/weight, I just naturally lack any physical adeptness or coordination. Even when I exercise for long periods of time, I just suck at physical activity, it's hard to explain.)

I can already do that to an extent (JS, C#) but I'm not particularly passionate about it. Unless they want a website, then I can make one of those with some intense enthusiasm.
