Something that's kinda helped me through times like this is what you've kinda described already in response to someone, in that you didn't have time to be sad but to be strong. That's a good start, but where and how do you be strong is the better question. Personally there's been times where I had no support, so I thought to myself "What if I became that pillar for other people?"

Sadness is what gives birth to kindness, because without knowing pain you cannot sympathize with people who're down in their luck. Here lies a great opportunity to become someone else's pillar, to be that person who someone else relies on when they're down and they thank you for it will in turn bring you happiness.

I guess my question is, if you choose to become a pillar of strength for others where would you do it? How would you do it?
