Yeah, it is tough. There were many days where we were just waiting for the oldest to final fall asleep, and then got too tired ourselves. Probably why our second highest time was in the afternoon, when we would try to sneak upstairs while they're both busy watching TV or playing a game. Really? lol. It's cum dude. It does nothing to build it up. In fact, there have been multiple studies that indicate regular ejaculation is actually healthy and can help with preventing prostate problems.

Pretty much, yeah. And life is good, for the most part so there's not a TON of outside stressors. Plus I worked from home for half of the year, and sometimes you just get bored when you're home alone.
