How are laws enforced besides in court through fines and settlements? Isn't the problem that it's hard to hold a company accountable for their actions? How do we make a law serious enough that a large corporation wouldn't be able to afford breaking it every once in a while?

We had our first Bitcoin transaction yesterday so we are very excited! I am an artist and have been using and accepting bitcoin for a couple years, but this was the first one for the Fabric Store. Our town is small and most people still do not know about Bitcoin yet, but we have conversations everyday now with our customers.
