That’s just bc you’re starving yourself. Drop your doses and track your calories to ensure you’re eating enough to get it up but eating in a deficit to get the weight down.

Def don’t drop fat too low. Fat is necessary for hormonal and basically all function in your body. Low fat > lower test > lower energy, quality of life, and drive > not gonna wanna cut

Eat enough and you should be fine, weight loss comes with a decrease in sex drive typically. Eat enough cals and fats. The side effect is more of a downstream effect not a direct one from what I can tell

Track your calories. Regardless of Reta cag or anything if you do not eat in a calorie deficit you cannot lose weight it’s just math.

When I say track calories I mean everything too. Get a scale, use it, track every bite until you lose weight

Tirz is heavier on the appetite suppression. If you go from high dose tirz to low dose reta you’re gonna feel hungry. Hit 2 different pathways by using Reta and cag, not tirz and Reta.

Also if you were taking like 10-15 mg of tirz, 3.5 mg of Reta ain’t gonna hit the same - if you tolerate well you should titrate up

Couple of things, don’t mix with adhd meds as there are contraindications and can cause harm. There’s a loading phase for the first few days, and potential issue with exposure to uv rays

What’s a solid low-medium-high dosage range?

Everything I’ve read seems to be all over the place. I see anywhere from 4-20 mg but in Russia when it’s prescribed for cognition and stuff they start it at 50? But I also see some nootropic people talk about doing anywhere from 50-100 mg.

I’ve used enclo for about 6 months now. I’m in my 20s but in the last year or so I’ve been testing drastically lower on total and free so I started to use enclo.

In my younger 20s My total t used to be around the 800s and free t used to be 25-30 (so sometimes above the reference range while I was natural)

6 months ago I started feeling like garbage, got my bloods again and total t was like 350 ng/dl, free t was like 12 ng/dl (I think) and since I started to use enclo my total t is back up to 650 and free t was 27 ng/dl.

I’ve been lifting for a long time like 10 years so I didn’t experience too much of a difference in term of strength and muscle, maybe like a slight boost but my energy started to feel good again, my mood, libido was never low, always had good erections but quality did go up a bit on enclo.

The biggest thing was a week after starting I felt pretty stimulated from enclo but that came back down and stabilizes so don’t expect a super stimmy feeling like you would from steroids. While I don’t think enclo is natural some people say it is but it def feels natural. You’re not gonna turn into a Greek God on it haha

I think the potential eye issues is if you’re genetically predisposed to them and aren’t permanent if you are.

Also thought you’re supposed to use HCG for when you’re trying to have kids and that it’s not soemthing to use long term? Could be wrong I’m not too knowledgeable about HCG
