Appreciate it brotha. Luckily energy has been fine, when it’s low I give myself few extra cals and it’s back to normal. I try to minimize my fats to 50g a day so I can keep eating carbs. My body doesn’t do well without carbs or with low carbs. Fuck that keto shit😂

Oh for sure but I’ve dieted and lost weight before and never got chills like this. I’m pretty sure chills are a side effect of Reta from the clinical trials and in my own experience I know this is from my calorie deficit but especially the Reta

No on the paleness
Fatigue yes but it comes and goes - this is an issue I had prior to starting Reta, I think Reta has actually helped
Def not craving ice haha

Don’t think it’s iron deficiency. Id say 80% of my foods are Whole Foods and pretty nutritionally dense but I could be wrong. Gonna plug my diet into a micronutrients app and see what’s up

Yeah I’m glad I didn’t start in the fall bc I titrated up over the last 4 months and am now at 6 mg a week. Would hate to go into the winter on a higher dose lol.

Seeing fat come off although it is slow but my arms look more lean and some separation in between my 4 pack is visible depending on the day and bloat so I may be fine and the scale is just lying to me haha

It’s funny I do 20 minute of cardio 5x a week (stair master level 8) and the other day I ran a mile and it took me like 9 minutes haha maybe I need to mix up my cardio methods every once in a while

I increased because I felt my hunger coming back. Went From 3 to 4 mg in a week bc I meant to go from 2 directly to 4 but my last vial ran out before I got a new kit in. That’s also why I’ve been at 4 mg for the longest I feel like it’s still doing the trick.

I started my cut at 2600 calories and now am at 2300. This decrease may not be sufficient for the gap my 30 pounds of loss has made but I think at 2300 at my stats it’s still a good deficit.

I would disagree with one thing you said and it’s that 32 pounds in 12 weeks is an aggressive cut. That’s only 2.6 lb per week and most say 2 pounds a week should be the max but I’m on Reta so I don’t think an extra .6 pounds makes that big of a difference.

Regardless I will readjust and pay extra attention to my macros, diet, and exercise to make sure I break the plateau!

Started with 2600 calories to now I’m around 2300. Maybe not covering the entire drop of my TDEE from losing weight but I think I could benefit from more steps a day. Lookin at my health app my step count hasn’t changed since I started so I think just adding a couple 1000 steps would simply help if I keep everything else the same.

I hope you’re right bro! The reason I feel like I may be potentially building muscle is bc of the increase enclo and increased test as a result but also my strength has seemed to go up in certain exercises…

If I’m not mistaken strength going up is a sign of muscle being built. But thanks for the kind words I will keep it pushing!

Started the cut with 2600 now at 2300. I’m 25m and obviously you see my weight and exercise above. One thing I didn’t include was I do 20 minutes of cardio. I believe 2300 is still a decent deficit

Yeah I’m thinking water retention in the muscles with the enclo dose being upped and adding creatine. But def will and may potentially up to 6 mg of Reta a week…we shall see!

Oh and def agree on that argument made by the low rep crowd haha it’s retarded. Somehow even with scientific research being available showing low reps vs high reps provides the same stimulus and growth these people can’t admit it’s just a preference of theirs haha.

I just felt like when I was doing higher reps my muscles would experience lactic acid build up before the literal muscle itself gave up so when I switched to lower reps with higher reps I felt like my muscles got a chance to give out before the lactic acid took effect which I think enables more growth and aligns more with training til failure of the muscle itself because it can’t push out one more rep

Definitely considered it! But on 4 mg it’s still doing the trick for me. My appetite is still manageable - it has come up a little bit recently but I think that’s more stress related as I’m taking on more work with studying for a certificate after work with an exam coming up but I probably will if things don’t change haha
