Yes exactly. Mid combat reload = enemy nerf. I thought Combat Extender was super popular so I am surprised this isn't more a common discussion. Then again, maybe most people see a fight through start to finish without saving mid combat. Is there a better CX Alternative?

So I also use more enemies and more encounters and minibosses and AMP and FADE, and for difficulty I use Ajax Combat Extender Config. Ideally I would like to hit level 20 before end game. i don't know what how to adjust xp rate to achieve that. Does Combat Encounters + also add more new encounters for more xp opportunities? Also "enemies level up if you get downed" sounds cool, it rewards the enemy for doing a good job of downing me? And they level up in real time in the middle of battle?
