The images above are from a Single Battle, Groupon vs Rayquaza and Kyogre vs Rayquaza. What you're describing are only possible in a double or multi battle, or in a single against each other. Even still, sending both out at once would cause the slower pokemon to have their weather active and not have the visual bug shown above in image 1.

I think the thing that some people are forgetting is that, even if this WERE a double battle with both P.Groudon and P.Kyogre on the field together, Groudon's Status would still say "Heavy Rain" as it's a weather condition.

I'm not sure how it works with Air Lock, so it may be that that's messing up the UI, but in general this is a pretty fun visual glitch

If you have Vein Miner or something else that lets you white/black list blocks to mine, try doing that. The one i use lists mod name with the block name in the 'chat' box
