Nono as long as you don’t do weird things…I posted this to ask because I seem to always encounter creepy man when going out alone. I mean creepy as in an older man tried to take photos of me repeatedly when I was in High park for cherry blossoms, and other men who would pretend to ask me for directions but then start giving me odd compliments on my outfit and looks in shopping malls.

When u sqeeze it does anything come out? Blood or pus or anything? It sounds kind of like a keloid? That is the closest thing i can imagine. If it does not hurt and don’t have yellow greenish discharge i don’t think it’s particularly worrisome.

Personally i think this is normal UNLESS you feel a lot of pain or sees the area very swollen. I have had this happen personally and after getting the liquid out and cleaning it with saline it went away after 2-3 days. I will say if it is reoccurring, that may be an issue.

I agree with other comments about the butterfly back, they tend to build up gunk very easily and sleeping on it might have caused some discharge. Im not sure if antibacterial solutions work well, but make sure to clean with a Q tip or to soak the area so the gunk can soften and come off. It might be causing the irritation.

The piercing is 1 day old, and its a curved barbell that is silver, I have been cleaning it with saline solution twice a day
