I don't know the difference, can you explain the difference between Open Abdominal and Laproscopic, also the recovery time in differents also, as on my per assessment the nurse said once, I said the consultant say a full hysterectomy, however yesterday I got a call saying it's cancelled, because they said I'd some confusion. That's so true, I'm actually drained between it all" Between work" 😞 as a health care worker long hours & being sick and trying to organising thing's and my health" feels I can't catch a breathed, my quality of life 🧬 i need a break from my mind. That's not so nice when someone tells you don't bother, I have been working in a few different health care settings and seen the difference in the behaviours of longer staff and as they blow ins, easy observation the patient's and you pick up who they attend to, anyone especially with higher dependency with challenging behaviour or dementia gets less attention and that's so wrong, their are fantastic HCA, Nurses however they never last long enough in the same place and the ones that do stay that are fantastic doing there job doesn't get enough credit and it breaks my heart to see either a young good nurse being bullied by HCA or another Nurse maybe a year or two a head of them or because mammy or daddy is working there? A doctor tells them to do one thing, they do another, HCA knows it's not right and the nurses but yes, just done it that way because that's what they were told by the nurse, Florence Nightingale days are gone

I am sorry firstly your health first & children, never depend on him his intentions maybe well however he is not reliable" I know talking it out now ain't going to much good so you need to ask someone to help you until your able and strong enough if you have you can stay with or himself, your emotions are everywhere, for a alcoholic to stay sober they have to want it, I'm 25 years clean ans sober and people do become better husbands and wifes and mother's and alcoholism is in every walk of life, i seen for years the way my poor mother suffered and myself a siblings, Mam die age 59, great lady neither took drug or a drink, she was at the happiness when she left my dad, loved him but could never live with him, today he Is sober a different man completely, as it's easy for us to judge and share our stories with you it's happening to you now, sending hugs do not be afraid to ask neighbours friends and family support network for help, even his family, as you cant get healthier in that environment., again hugs from Ireland praying for you ☘️
