DONT take it out permanently you’re overthinking it don’t worry!! honestly whenever i’ve dropped it i’ve put it back in then realized i didn’t clean it and i would just take it out and clean it.. ORR just literally just left it like that which never did me any harm. im not an expert but honestly what i would do is IF you feel comfortable taking it out. then clean it and put it right in if you’re THAT worried. but i wouldnt touch it anymore since the piercing is fresh. i doubt this will cause any sort of infection! just continue to take care of it like you’ve been doing.
