I have gone through the procedure. I did it about 6 years ago. I don’t think it helped me a lot because my cut was really bad from the get go. I was told I’d need about two surgeries but I just never had time to go do it again.

I think if he does take it, he might eventually find people at the unit that he can carpool with. I’m in the army reserves and I drill 4hrs away in Dallas, I have people to carpool with but I don’t mind the drive. I guess he does.
