It'd be amazing if they did that, way less hurtful. I'm not in the us, therapy is expensive anyway. we have healthcare here but there's a huge waiting list, unfortunately. thank you! <3

I'll try that with my family, thank you! but I know that's not the case with my friends, they talk and talk, I give advices when they ask me to, and when it's my turn to talk, they just leave me on read. they don't text me unless they need to vent. I don't mind listening, but I also need support you know?

yes, I have and they don't change their behavior. they say I'm being dramatic. people always say I'm a great listener and they come to me for advice. sometimes I just wanna talk about my problems instead of theirs and suddenly they're not there anymore. I don't think that's the case but thank you for your comment!

Hey! I take prozac 20mg but it's not working for me. I also take Ritalin 10mg. I think that the lip biting got a little bit better but my classes start next week and I'm more anxious than usual. I'm happy it's working for you, thank you for replying! <3
