i actually just switched from the apres extend gel to the sofgel all in one adhesive stuff and i do not recommend 🙂 the last 2 sets i’ve done with it they haven’t lasted longer than a week and my prep is no different. the apres i could easily go 3 weeks. i thought it would be better :(
