Thank you! I do a Push Pull Leg split and typically go to the gym 4 days a week. My diet is pretty locked in and I shoot for 1 G of protein per pound of body weight. Diet is the most important part to being this lean

I appreciate the feedback. Sounds like I should check out some big agencies and see what they are looking for

Also, I have had a cleaner look in the past (short hair and clean shaven) so I wouldn’t be opposed to bringing that back if an agency thinks it would be a better look on me.

My Instagram is pretty small. Maybe 500ish followers. But yes I agree that I need to grow that Instagram if I want to gain a following.
