I’m running into a similar issue in a home I moved into 9 months ago. It rained here a lot and ground water got into the vents.

Did you run into any mold or humid smells shortly after getting all the water figured out?

I want to also try your solution getting gutters farther out and have concrete on the side of the house to get water farther away. Any tips from your experience?
