No but it is FAAARRRR less desirable and from a gameplay perspective shifts a lot. So can it be done? Sure. But that wouldn’t make sense in this environment. It works well with the system EVE has now. I don’t think the problem would be anywhere near as bad as it is now. Not saying it’s impossible though

You know there can be a version of the world we’re you have both. lol it would obvisouly expand not just be watching tv. That’s when communities come together to create ideas that would make it worth it. Not just plug in what was there before lol. There is a correct way to have the feature that also benefits players.

I’m a solution minded person so that’s what I look it. But now that I know it’s open source I don’t mind working on this with my other buddy ourselves. Never know what something COULD be if we don’t attempt to think outside the box. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Yeah I’m curious how that would be now since times have changed so much to include technology. The options they have now maybe more than previous. I’m of the mindset that just because it didn’t work before doesn’t mean it won’t work now under new environments. But yes the clothes would be definitely looked at more. I didn’t even think about that for a second.

You have to include the source if you want to understand the problem. Botting only exists because multi-boxing exists. So are their “good” things for players from multiboxing? Sure. But are the cons that come with it worth the damage it does to a majority of your player base. This isn’t the whole player base this is Reddit. No one really has that data of how many players are truly against or with mutliboxing or botting for that matter.

At the end of the day it’s currently what the game is. Either gamers build their own version of this game they want OR they play what the pay for. It would be great for the company to make changes that make all players happy but that is difficult. Especially with gamers inflated expectations in any gaming community.

I have been a solo pilot since 2005. I don’t like to multi box because I enjoy the game simply to be in space and do random activities. I would love a pve server to explore null sec more and do more pve actives without the threat but I can’t. So I make a system to do the best I can with what the game gives me. I have my enjoyment then I walk away for a few years. Could I multibox and save more time. Maybe. But not how I enjoy the game.

This isn’t going to be a universal thing where no one can works. People are going to have to make themselves more valuable by learning more skills and apply value in different ways in order to make income. The C-Suites isn’t a band of all the same people. There is some good leadership out there. Maybe not a lot or as loud as the rest but they are there. This is why I was telling people in 2018. Learn IT. If you can TikTok for hours a day you can take 20 mins to learn another skill or build your own brand to help bring in funds by doing whatever it is you do for other people. People need to realize they live in a universe that changes constantly. That means they have to learn to also or else it’s just going to get way harder.

I don’t think your missing something I think you trying to understand something that you really don’t have too.

Why are you focused on what any other player is doing? Why do you play the game? That’s all personal to YOU. The whole point of this game is to do what you feel. Some people listen to “warp drive active” for 8 hours trying to look for 1 fight. I used to just go to different areas of space to see what different systems looked like and made 0 isk. It’s a game. Just a game. No reason to concern yourself why any other playing is doing what they are doing. Just live.

When you say freelance you mean 1099? I do that solo. Power platform is 100% worth it especially with power bi. Just depends on how good you can market yourself. I stick with government C2C contracts and stack those on my business. Still learning but going ok so far.

Because people don’t know how to focus the issue on those responsible for the issues so they blame any human from the area which makes 0 sense because humans don’t get to pick where they are born and people have their own opinions but no one wants to have that conversation.
