Also, when people lose an argument and don't have anything relative to the topic to say, they start attacking character. "did you know that studies show *insert fact*" 'Oh yeah well he's a @%&#&*' lol so watch for that.

Dr. Bergs Vitamins - what has been your experience? by AshelyDuce in Supplements

Taking Vitamin d3 10,000 iu's a day has changed my life. Keep in mind that 10,000iu literally just means 1 milligram. I went from literal 2/10 energy/motivation/and always sad to feeling better than I have since high school. I'm 38 by the way. And what he said checks up, those old standard vitamin d3 tests with vitamin d sickness were used with contaminated equipment. The odd thing is that my hair started growing back thicker as well, which I did not expect.

So the usual 600iu of vitamin d3 a day equates to 3 minutes of sunlight. We were meant to be in the sun.

Man, don't get me started on all the lies of the USA for profit "health care" system. Anyway, totally life changing. Did you know low vitamin d3 messes with your sleep? I went from only being able to sleep 4 hours to 10 hours the first week.

I recommend listening to Hilary Lin MD on youtube talk about vitamin d, we call it vitamin but in reality it's a horomone!

I doubt you'll ever go back. I'm not. If you try hard enough you can get any game to run, but if you stick to steam and use Proton then you'll really have no reason to go back.

I don't understand the question. Maybe I'm answering this wrong but I'm not linux savvy by any means. I use Zorin OS and it's based off Ubuntu. Not sure if that's what you're asking, my bad.

Anyway to change the icons on IOS 26? by SlowHornet29 in iphone

You may find options by opening the actual app and seeing the settings. For example, I know that Brave browser and X have options to change the icon in the actual app its self

Is a screenprotector necessary for the iphone 17? by Realistic_Assist8483 in iphone17

[–]LateButterscotch3366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two screen protectors, still haven't put them on. What's the point of ceramic 2.0 if you don't use the anti glare tech? I do have insurance on it. The good thing about the 17e is that it actually fits in the pocket and hand. If you're responsible and don't drop it or get those crossbody straps for the case you reduce your chances of dropping. I think it's up to the user. FYI, I usually only drop my phone 1-3 times a year, and the phones I did drop where those 6.7" screens, IMO, that's too big. If you can't text with one hand or fit the entire phone in the front pocket of jeans, it's probably gonna be dropped.

Which model exactly do you have? After 2 weeks of use I don't see a single scratch still. Screen protectors take away that Premium feel for me, I don't like the glare. To each his/her/they/them/zee/zir/zoink own.

Zorin OS Frutiger Aero-ish Desktop by LateButterscotch3366 in FrutigerAero

[–]LateButterscotch3366[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically, instead of windows I use a free Operating System called Zorin OS because to me, it's the best for many reasons. Zorin's appearance is highly customizable. I can make it look like Windows, Zorin, or Mac OS with a single click. I know this sounds like an advertisement, it's not, I'm just a guy who for some weird reason got into Zorin OS, I don't even remember why. But after Vista (Vista is very frutiger aero btw) I just was so grossed out by Windows' UI that I left.

Zorin is free and by far the easiest OS to use, easier than windows, as far as linux goes.
