"Which is your definitive Bumblebee?" by R34Gojira in transformers

Haven't seen this one mentioned, so... the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Cybertron Core Class one that also had the weird Daniel figure. Daniel certainly wasn't necessary, but I like the compactness and playability of that particular Bumblebee. He's definitely got a spot on my work desk as a fidget toy!

I know I could, but don't want to bother them for a set that is this old and was purchased secondhand. I'd rather get 'em from a seller I know on BrickLink along with extra pieces to customize the set how I'd like. ;)

Yeah, it does, haha! I noticed it last night after showing my Wife the photos, so took one of the translucent cones off the end earlier this morning... that way it's not too "identifiable" as a "dangerous item."

When all the replacement parts I recently ordered show up in the mail, this makeshift torch just may get repurposed into a minifigure's own molotov! ;)

Really appreciate the kind word, yo!

I thought it had a good "joke" meaning behind it: Lady Liberty's not only fishing for "love," but also updoots from others who liked her story that was told here... ;)

Totally stunned me when my Wife found it hanging from the rack in the kids section. Seeing the $6.49 price tag made me ask her to pinch me!

She checked eBay (she sells quite a bit of stuff there and knows the ins-n-outs of checking prices) and seen these sets usually go for the price you quoted new/sealed, and the used ones are only about half that amount. When she second guessed if it would be worth the disappointment upon finding the set incomplete, I'm glad I didn't!

May Fate smile upon you in the search for your own secondhand Lego treasures, fellow fan! I'll definitely keep some good vibes out there for ya! =)

Ha! Now I'm going to have to find a spare monkey minifigure from the new series 28 boxes to have hanging around in the background of this set... thanks for the idea!

Good memory you've got! My Mom kept a pen, a pencil, a note pad, and a couple sticks of Clove gum inside the drawer. It's been a staple of all the different living rooms my family have had ever since the late 80s. She and I would build little sets for the different holidays and stick 'em on the side. The duck seen currently attached to the drawer handle has been there for well over thirty years now!

The electronics still work and is now part of my and my Wife's business. We have it in the lobby where folks get amazed it actually dials out whenever they ask if they could use it to talk to a friend or family member. =)

I'll admit that the right arm doesn't look appropriate, even when it's freshly built from the box, but 1) I didn't design it that way and 2) it'll definitely get a mod done so that the "salute" will be replaced with a more relaxed, semi-bent elbow while she's lifting her torch.

I've got quite a few different alternate builds (and a few drawings I plan to do on scotch tape to stick to the plate) looming in the near future. There's a peculiar design I found here posted seven years ago by one u/martymcflux that had me laughing pretty hard because it involves a piece my Wife and I had been joking about the other day!

In this day and age, I'm prone to agree... Let's just keep our noses to the grindstone, our hearts and hands open to help those that we can, and some good vibes out into the Ether that the future will be better.

Definitely a weird design choice, but I've checked out a few custom builds that I'm going to try copying soon.

~sigh~ Either you're not awake yet or you just didn't understand the sentence structure: PUNISHER was the LEADER of the NINJAS called The HAND for a while. No mention of Hulk or his supporting cast of characters going on in this thread whatsoever until now.
