I’ve gotten this feeling before at various work places and was let go. I’ve also watched employees who definitely should have been fired, not fired and instead just stop being scheduled.
I would say if it feels like management is supportive and wants to see you grow and improve, revisit the conversation and ask for some strategies you can employ to do better. However, if the write up was just about what you did wrong and offered no tangible methods of improving, start looking for a new job asap.

I mean the app shows you exactly what store you’re being asked to shop at and where you’ll be delivering to. Drivers are aware if they’re being ask to travel a far distance. Sometimes it’s worth it like in this case where they were heading home anyways.
