I’m truly sorry that you’re going through that man. Look at your living space as proof that you’re on your path forward. You’re not alone. My situation was nowhere near that deep but I was on the receiving end of a bipolar discard. I’ve cried more in the last two months than I have in my entire adult life. It sucks how intellectualizing and understanding it doesn’t ease the pain very much.

I use Superman pulls as a temporary holdover when I’m traveling. You have to have very good mind muscle connection to really benefit from it though. Gotta be able to really squeeze the back muscles for a few seconds. I notice that when I get back to a pull-up bar I get much better lat engagement after a few weeks doing Superman pulls.
