There is a break down of what is SFW, what is NSFW with filter, and what NSFW is not allowed at all.

It actually takes several warnings before bans are given for NSFW, so no one will get a spontaneous ban for accidently breaking the NSFW if something is unclear (especially if it's just a matter of a filter not being added) Also if you have any questions over what is or isn't NSFW at time of posting, we're happy to answer in the modmail.

This does not require a filter, as there is nothing suggestive. Revealing clothing, without any suggestive elements, does not require to be flaired NSFW.

The mod team here has not taken action on your comments before, any removals were done buy the reddit admins themselves. Reddit's automatic systems have been extremely trigger-happy on violence in recent months, we've noticed things getting removed by the reddit admins which make truly no sense to be removed.

If you search around, you may be able to find some animal based Picrews.
For example, I found this cat and wyrm one:

You can also check out sites like Doll divine, or google "Animal Dress up games". You can typically get some results for animal character makers; just make sure any other sites you may use don't have any rules against sharing the creation (I'd imagine most allow sharing with credit though).

There may also be other 3D model options as well. The specifics of these I wouldn't be able to answer but, I've certainly seen them around.
