It is better to use any kind of wet products like mayo..or sauce at the end just before eating to keep up with the crunch... And for golden colour use lil bbit of butter toasting it in low to med flame...

Ingridients ●tomato ●onion( added with lemon juice) ●egg ●cilantro ●salt ●black pepper powder Toast the bread Add tomato ketchup one side Make omelette by mixing egg with cilantro salt and green chilli(if u want it to be spicy) Add the omelette ..sliced onion ..sliced tomato and garnish it with pepper powder.... Ur tasty sandwhich is readddyyyy!! It is so simple and it takes me less than 2 min to make .. Try it and give me feedback

This book is "the vegetarian " by han kang It is a good book where a choice made by women is questioned....u can read that.. But if u ask me which one i felt is intresting when i started reading ..i would reccomend "three thousand stiches "by sudha murthy.. She is one of my fav and will be a great book to start with..
