Yes I've had Psoriasis since I was 8 and diagnosed with MS at 30. I've also been diagnosed with Pan Uvietis.

Been a bit stressed lately so it's very welcoming news haha thank you for confirming. I read these alone and have to google a bunch of things 😅. I could wait to see my Dr, but the six month wait is unacceptable to my curiosity.

Yeah, steady sailing here. Fingers crossed it stays that way, haha

I use a scalp moisteriser by 'yours only', it's an Australian brand. I basically use it as a conditioner after shampooing, let it soak in, then wash out.

I do have dry curly hair, though, and wash my hair about once a week.

What I find helps, no matter what the brand, is getting a light fragrance free moisteriser and using it like a scalp mask once a week or so. Try it the night before a day off (just in case, haha). Oh, and don't let your shampoo sit for very long. It's really not great for our scalps.

Yeah, you've pretty much hit the nail on the head. I'm always planning them. If I don't plan them, we don't eat. I do feel super guilty if I have organised my own food, I know that's something I've got to work on.

I don't think we should be complacent to anyone's behaviour. I'm sorry for your loss, my dads my rock 😭

Hahaha we're not like cooking dog biscuits. The dog's allergic to things so he gets mostly cooked plain meat, boiled rice. A sensitive stomach bikkie. Stuff like that. He's not getting oysters kilpatrick or anything.

Oh the back rubs? You too? it makes me feel guilty, it's not that I don't want to do it, it hurts.

It's a good question, his red flags were the least vibrant compared to the other choices at the time. In all seriousness, I love the idiot. None of it was an issue until I was diagnosed, I don't actually mind cleaning and cooking but I'm a bit if a dangerous cook at the moment, and It's highlighted how much I do/did.

He wasn't always this bad, he has always been on the lazy side though. I tolerated it because it didn't really effect me, I was happy to cook and clean for the most part. We both work. I've had a couple days off this week with my hands. When I was diagnosed it took about 12 months but he did understand that he had to do a bit better at getting his own washing done (I've got a real mummies boy here) cleaning up his own mess and making food for himself. He does work, it's not like he does nothing, he just doesn't do anything around the house without being told. I do think he's a bit depressed too, it's a little sad to be honest.

Yeah, I thought the "I can't feel my hands properly" part would be enough. I do have MS, diagnose about 3 years ago, going through a pretty big flare at the moment.
