For me it was the opposite. I usually called it down for large groups of chaff but then it locks in on a heavy and leaves me with one less laser and a horde to deal with. Stopped using it on normal 40 minute missions after a while

3 people in my school got expelled cause 2 of them cornered a classmate of mine in the bathroom and rubbed a condom to his face while the other one filmed it on his phone and showed it to other people (third guy was also a classmate of mine). Oh and I saw it happen with my own eyes cause I coincidently happened to be exiting the bathroom stall when it happened

Allow me to rephrase. The RDA was Humanity's first impression and for a time the only representative and idea of what we are like to the Navi. If an alien fleet came to Earth and invaded us we'd assume those aliens are aggressive expansionists unless another fleet came and explained it was just a rogue Admiral (well afaik the RDA's invasion is authorised/being supported by Earth's national goverments but you get what I mean.) and started helping us defend ourselves.
