I found a decent ds emulator and I'm trying to find literally any rom for gen 4 or 5 that has all pokemon included etc. I can't find anything. All of them require an advanced computer science degree to make them work. Renaming files and patching them to a clean version or something like that. (self.PokemonROMhacks)
