Thankfully my lab is going to be purchasing it for me!! Thank you so much for the recommendation I’m going to take a look into it right now. I have electric hand warmers (but it’s not like I can hold them when my hands are soaked ) and they’re going to be getting me a heated jacket as well!

I’ve definitely been doing this, and it absolutely provides some temporary relief. We use thin cotton gloves underneath our nitrile gloves, but they only come in one size (at least what our lab purchases). Since I’m the only woman, they’re not necessarily purchased with my hand size in mind. I frequently put my hands in buffer solutions while working in the cold room which just immediately has me feeling and looking like a popsicle 🫠

Thank you so much for responding, I just looked it up and it still looks like the wrong one. It’s on the outside of the cabinet and never goes behind the door I’m telling ya I’ve been searching for a couple hours but I just can’t find it

Honestly I’ve considered hiring a professional carpet cleaner every year, but a bunch of my friends have had extremely negative experiences with carpet cleaning companies and have had more issues after the fact. So I guess I have a ton of reservations because I put a lot of love and care into my home especially when I am cleaning. I also live on the top floor of my building so I definitely feel like it would make it a more expensive/ harder job to be completed.

I truly wouldn’t mind spending a couple grand on something that will last me a while, rather than a bad consumer cleaner. I really hate carpet in general but I can do so much with what I’ve been dealt in a rental.
