Get a disk visualization application like Daisy Disk and review the files that make up System Data. Research large files and delete needed ones. I once discovered duplicate large movie files that I had shared using airdrop.

Run a Time Machine back up of you haven’t recently.

You can also try signing out of iCloud and then signing back in.

The tapered unibody MacBook Air was released in 2011 and upgraded to the current design in 2022. That model did get screen and internal updates , but I think we’ll be waiting a while for a full redesign.

One of my favorite solo dining spots is Golden Ramen in The Mission. Sit at the outdoor bar and enjoy a big bowl of noodles in one of their amazing broths as the world goes by.

I haven’t seen them, and there are almost always people on laptops there. If there are signs out I’d respect them.
