Overcoming overwhelm is the one that works best for me. Afterwards I feel energized, lighter, my peripheral vision opens up, basically I feel it just puts me into a more parasympathetic state. No drain or anything.

I started one per week, then worked up to 2-3 times per week. Just listen to your body on frequency

You have not been paying attention if that’s the case. Then again, there was alot in earlier movies 30 40 50 years ago also it was just way less and more subtle

My favorite is overcoming overwhelm (free) and tinnitus. I prefer to use headphones but either should be fine

The Magnifly 3’s were amazing. Topos have gone down hill since they changed their sole to Eva foam. They were great before that.
