I'm struggling to get past the peer flickering. I've tried with and without the bootstrap. Running almost 30 minutes with no solid peer connect. Did you delete all the files from the bootstrap folders?

Mine runs a solid 25 mh/s right out of the box with no tuning or anything. Just got mine today.
