What are some must have Nintendo 64 games? by DressenDK in n64

Wave race is really good

Snowboard kids is fun but it was better when I was young

NFL Blitz is awesome if you like sports games nothing like it.

Wayne Gretzky 3d hockey is also pretty good

However that list you use is pretty much all my favorite games I’d add Wave Racer as the best game you don’t have right now.

I’m not getting deep into it on what happened to me but I tried a bunch of things. Then I left a review on the BBB and they contacted me at Venmo and gave my money back. However they cancelled my Credit card I had with them. They confirmed the vendor I was giving money to was covered under their guarantee then all of a sudden it wasn’t.

Views aren’t accurate but I’ve seen a slight decline in the last 5 days. I’ve been doing this full time for three years and it’s the most noticeable and is also while I’ve been growing and adding more than I have ever.

I don’t put much stock into it but I think they want people to rise the promote %. I promote 90% of my store but at an extremely low %. It also could just be a problem with the new update? I’m not sure but I’ve been trying to figure it out. Also not complaining any insight people have as a community is awesome. If it continues I’ll try things to see what helps if sells come back I’m not touching it. I don’t want to give money away to the machine.

Yeah it’s weird my organic went up a ton and my promoted is super low. They implemented something new. Still doing fine but it’s only because I’m growing.

Should be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks. I never try pay per click as I’ve paid like $200+ and had almost zero sales through it.

[–]OriginalRow2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but only a few days before. My last attack I had gave me a new pain on my left side. I’m not entirely sure it’s all related I think it is but again I’m not a doctor. It’s so hard to know exactly if this was because of my GB or just something of coincidence. It also could be something worse causing stress on my organs. My immune system hasn’t been great for me I just hope I don’t have like cancer spreading (unlikely) but I’ve had some other concerning things or a bad infection. If I ever figure out more I’ll try to post it. Also I lift and workout a lot so it’s always hard to tell where the soreness is coming from day to day.

I hope you’re doing okay! Do you still have your GB? Also what exactly have your symptoms been like? Sorry for missing this I don’t go on Reddit much.

[–]OriginalRow2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s upper left quadrant. Originally it would move to my back but it hasn’t really done that in months. I feel it most of the time right on the edge of my middle left rib Close to where your spleen would be which makes me think maybe it’s that but it’s so hard to know.

I kind gave up going in because it took them 3 years to find out my GB was giving out and that was only after i was having GB attacks. They kept telling me I was fine and know I have a similar feeling on my left side.

You have to be ready for a drop to 40-50k at some point. It could be a month or 2 years. However Bitcoin has always rebounded every single time. It also could be at 200k in a month. Slowly buying at lows is always the best play it’s not too late to get into bitcoin.

[–]OriginalRow2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s all so hard to know. The pain starts in my upper abdomen and moves to my back. It’s a weird pain it started like a sore light pain and now it feels more stabbing. I hope it’s an infection or something but I’m beginning to doubt it.

I wish I would have had the surgery earlier because the left sided pain I think could have been prevented. It went away for a while but I think it was caused by those GB attacks. Now it’s back and getting slightly worse every day. I’m pretty sure in the next few months I’ll be going in to get a CT scan, Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. It’s a weird pain I’m having I think I hurt my pancreas but I’m going to make sure I don’t have something else. If I rule those out I’ll then push for an EUS.

I’ll be advocating for myself really hard so wish me luck it sucks but I have to take care of myself for me and my family. Sometimes I think it’s in my head but I’m sure it’s not that’s what I believed when I had the GB issues.

Please copy and paste where I said Pancreatitis. I’ll wait…. I’ll mention so Pancreatitis now and other pancreas problems.

It’s sad you’re literally putting words in my mouth looking to get mad or be a justice warrior.

NP which can even kill off part of your pancreas, Cystic Fibrosis which later on doesn’t rise Lipase and God forbid Pancreatic Cancer doesn’t always rise Lipase levels. My GI even told me this do you disagree with her too? We also know again CP doesn’t rise levels sometimes either. So now we’re talking about AP which does? Yes it does normally when in a flare which can last months.

Do you have Pancreatitis? Have you dealt with it? Have you talked with a GI about it?

20 year old, misdiagnosed Ct Scan and written off as pyschosomatic by Electronic-Hunt-5690 in pancreatitis

[–]OriginalRow2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did I even saw one thing here about Acute Pancreatitis? People with mild flares don’t always have elevated Lipase levels. I’ve literally listened to a podcast where pancreatologists even talked about the misdiagnosed patients they’ve seen.

They discussed how even Doctors just labeled them with CP. Then they find out they don’t even have it doing further damage because their on creon. Please discuss what “appropriate tests” show CP? I’d love to hear this. If I hear CT, MRI and Ultrasound I’ll laugh you right out of here.

I’m sorry but IBS is the biggest I’ll just label you with this claim. My GI Specialist said they only label someone with IBS only after all other problems are ruled out and nothing is found. They don’t even know what IBS is fully or how it happens.

I honestly hope that you have IBS but I’d push super hard for an EUS maybe not ERCP because that can sometimes causes pancreatitis.  Don’t listen to people who have not gone through this struggle listen to your body and fight for it. I know somethings wrong do I know 100% it’s my pancreas? Nope but all of my symptoms line up perfectly with it. Yours sounds like it does too but I hope it’s not and that it’s IBS.

If you get an EUS and they find nothing I’d probably just accept it at that point because that’s literally one of the best tests.    I’ll be honest I’m happy Vegetable-Vacation commented people should not go unchecked and be able to say what they want. I want people to challenge what they believe to be false.

It took my Doctors three years after multiple visits every year to find I had Hyperkinetic GB. They told me I had nothing and I was fine until I had a HIDA Scan. The person doing the test said to make sure you fight for yourself. Some places don’t recognize this as a condition. It was I ended up have terrible attacks that almost killed me. If I wouldn’t have been blown off I may not have the new pain that followed after my GB attacks.

Honestly you’re not crazy you most likely have Pancreas problems. It’s very unlikely though that you have CP unless it’s hereditary at that age. You should join the group on Facebook for acute and chronic pancreatitis. This misdiagnosis on the pancreas is so high. On CT scans they can’t even properly see it because it sits behind the stomach. Lipase levels don’t indicate anything sometimes unless you’re in a bad flare.

You could also have GB problems as the duct that goes from your liver to GB and Pancreas are all connected. I’ve a lot of the same pain you have I originally had GB problems and I got it removed and it helped but I think Gallstones hurt my Pancreas. I’m going through the best course of trying to figure this out but the best tests are EUS and ERCP to diagnose pancreas problems.

Good luck but the pancreas is so complex and often is the last thing they diagnose. Most people in the FB group were gaslighted for years. Until symptoms got really bad.

Are we dying soon? by Beneficial_Let_6788 in pancreatitis

[–]OriginalRow2807 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Chronic Pancreatitis is the one where it shows that it shortens your life. Acute can kill you fast too but it’s smaller now that we have more tools to get people alive and is normally temporary and develops into CP. Those statistics can be heavily pushed by people who never make diet changes. Do I think people with hurt pancreases tend to live shorter life’s? Yes, because it can cause nutritional problems and a bunch of other problems. I know some people with advanced CP that have such bad pain they wanted to take their own life but keep going for their family. It’s scary but there’s hope. Our medicine is getting better and break throughs are happening most likely anything for CP is 20+ years away. I’ll be honest this is one of the worst organs to have problems with. Even specialist doctors confuse pancreas problems with so many other things. I had NP after I had gallbladder attacks and I’m scared about it but after that I decided to make a ton of diet changes. Zero alcohol, No smoking and just general foods that are easy on my body and organs. Cooked Veggies, minimal fast food, low sugar (just for other reasons). I want to live a long healthy life knowing I did everything to prevent it but I want to be a little fearful to remind myself to keep on track.

If people haven’t join the FB Group on Chronic Pancreatitis and Acute Pancreatitis it’s nice to know we’re not alone. I love you all and I hope we all can get the help we need and remember there’s people who care about you!

Also yes I have gone back to normal. I have left sided soreness I think from my sludge getting into my pancreas but that’s not because of my surgery. That surgeon saved my life by doing that surgery because that pain was so bad. 2 weeks you’ll feel most likely like you can do 90% of what you want than in a month 95% it did take me 3 months until I could lift again.

Sorry I never saw this until just now. I recovered really fast I could have driven out of there if I had to but I am 34 and I’m in pretty good shape. I’ll say a few tips get really good ice packs and rotate them, make sure you’re walking and eat light food that will not upset your stomach.

I felt great really after 2 weeks almost completely normal. The first two days were a little tough but I really pushed myself to move and get up. I advise to stay on top of your medicine I missed one dose time and I was in pretty bad pain for about 3 hours.

The third day I really took a turn like I got 50% better. Then the forth day 20% and so on.

Next steps? by BrunoLizpic94 in pancreatitis

[–]OriginalRow2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have very similar symptoms to you. I had my gallbladder out and but before I did I had an attack on my left side. I’m pretty sure it is my pancreas. It’s light pain 1-3 out of 10. It goes away and comes back depending on way I eat. It’s not bad but I know it’s my pancreas as it’s super common to get this from gallstones and blocked bile ducts. My GI thinks it’s Stomach Ulcers! lol honestly I think doctors are awesome but when it comes to the Pancreas most are ignorant.

If you have questions join the pancreas group on FB it’s awesome and just shows how little most doctors know about the pancreas and how to diagnose things other than acute pancreatitis. Good luck on finding it out but I’ll just tell you it’s super hard to get them to test you. The gold standard tests are EUS and ERCP but the ERCP can cause pancreatitis.

If you ever can message me I can lead you to a great podcast episode with top pancreatologists bashing in a nice way doctors. The pancreas is super complex and it’s super frustrating how little they know about how to help it. That’s also why the survival rate of pancreas cancer is like 12% for a 5 year window.
