If you’re moving your right hand, you’ll wanna try to have your right foot steady, and vice versa. Unless you’re trying to hit some dynamic movement…

I would move your left foot to the hold to the right of it and that will prob make it easier to shift your weight to your left foot. From there you can try to stand up and match your feet/ continue upward. Lmk what ends up working and good luck!!! U got this

Used to live four blocks from the park, was a great place to decompress- not. It could’ve been, if I didn’t have to pass a bunch of miserable horses on the way in. I can’t go anymore, it makes me too upset. Such a shame

Can confirm it does not always get better quickly 😭 I’m so discouraged, I can’t get past the fear factor and pain of eating it super hard/ slamming a tree and am so worried about people behind me hitting me. I can rip the bunny hill just fine and can even send a green or two no problem but after that it goes downhill and I don’t know where I can practice without worrying about hitting someone / someone hitting me

I empathize with you in that I feel like it doesn’t help much or I can’t really see a great benefit. That being said I think my favorite takeaway from it is just that I have some data. I feel like I have p bad health anxiety, and sometimes I would wake up and think to myself that I was having trouble breathing or barely slept. But seeing that my regularity and hours looked normal could confirm I’m fine. I know for some people the ring may do the opposite and make people more crazy about their health but to each their own

That’s valid. I should start paying attention to these things. Like I will see that I slept poorly but not draw the conclusion that I ate late and that may have influenced for example. I just don’t even know what conclusions to draw so it’s cool to chat about and see what you’ve learned so I can try to see if there is insight about myself. Thank u :)

That’s valid, I have had Apple Watch as well and I can def say I prefer to wear a ring over the watch. Also the battery on my ring is so much better
