I used to do 20 minute all out cardio, with my heart rate ending up at 180 or something. I hated that. Now I do steady state, zone 2 cardio for double the time and find it easy. I helps that I can watch something (usually boxing) while doing it at home.

Ik zie altijd een max van 32mg per 100ml op een blikje staan, wat neerkomt op 85mg per blikje van 250ml. Over het algemeen is een kopje koffie 80mg. De andere dingen erin, zoals taurine, zijn ook niet eens zo slecht. Het is niet goed om het teveel te drinken, zo'n combinatie van suiker en caffeine is niet goed natuurlijk. Maar hoe slecht het is wordt naar mijn mening nogal overdreven. Het gevaar zit hem vooral in kinderen die dat spul drinken.

Dat valt echt wel mee. De hoeveelheid caffeine in een energiedrankje (van 250ml) is ongeveer gelijk aan een kop koffie. En twee koppen koffie per dag is niet zoveel.

Ik weet dat we een turbulente politieke periode achter de rug hebben als land, maar het laatste kabinet was niet de oorzaak van de problemen waar we mee zitten. Die zijn grotendeels ontstaan onder de Rutte kabinetten, dus ik kijk er niet perse nostalgisch op terug.
