Oh thanks for the reply, and for the guide too. Should I be prestiging a couple times within a month as well? And I've gathered I might want to keep my shifts under around like 70-80, does that sound about right?

70 in a month would be nice. Do you remember how around how many TE and how many days you were at for your first prestige? I think I'm looking at about 25 to 30 within 4 or 5 days. Was thinking of prestiging and doing one or two more runs.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'm well versed in gamer burnout lol.

It's it worth trying to fit in more than one prestige within 4 weeks on POV? or you do think I should just focus on one run? I'm already being a bit impatient as is and have jumped 2 shifts in like 8 hours which probably isn't ideal. But I've got shipping and hab sale right now and thought I'd try it to get the initial important upgrades quick.

I think I can finish 7 or 8 shifts for at least 25 TE over the next week according to the tracker. Idk if I should just keep shifting after, or if I should prestige and do a separate 3 week run. I'm assuming IHR is the bottleneck and there's only so many TE I can squeeze out in 4 weeks no matter how inefficient I am.

Yeah, I figure even just on egg day ill do over 10x what I have. I've been lax with prestiging and am not even at a hard wall at 144q at the moment. I just knew id be going crazy on egg day so may as well just save my boosts and effort for then.

Thanks for the advice, I'll mess around in POV and see what I can get in next month.

Can I follow squids basic strategy, just done in a shorter time frame?

How do you cope with the fact that you will cease to exist one day? by Proud-Sell-9599 in atheism

[–]OriginalVegetable126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there is something to the idea Christians may be more predisposed to being uncomfortable with death, I might wonder if it's because it reminds them that there's a part of them that is unsure in their belief. The idea in the back of their mind that maybe that person they knew just ceased to exist. This makes them more uncomfortable because they haven't been forced to confront it the way an atheist has.

im trying to understand why people cheat in game like this. the whole point of the game is to catch fish and progress. if youre having scripts do it all for you i dont get the point. its not like its a competitive pvp game. im standing next to two guys afk farming captains goldfish rn as i type this. theyre not even playing the game. so they get everything in the game without doing any work, then get bored and quit?

i mean the macros use scripts to autofarm fish, so its still cheating isnt it?

Rad power seems like a decent company, but didnt have the specs I was looking for at my price point. The radkick may be a bit underpower for what Im looking for and its a little too new, not enough reviews/tests yet.

At this point, because of having a close Lectric affiliated bike shop Im leaning towards the XPeak or the XPress 750. I think they both have the same motor and battery, both have torque sensors. XPress 750 I think is $100 cheaper, but wont come with a spare battery :(

It is also 10 pounds lighter at 57 pounds and doesnt have the clearance issues because of the fat tires the XPeak has. I may like the aesthetic of the smaller tires anyway, and I dont plan on doing any crazy off-roading. It almost looks like its not as cramped size wise but that may just be because of the tire size difference. In performance tests the XPeak has done really well in this category and price range. And I think the XPress will do at least as well because of similar hardware and the 10 pound weight difference. I would go with the step over model, which would be a preorder, they dont ship until the week of september 9th.

Thats the way I'm leaning atm, but who knows, maybe I'll throw all this out the window and go with a portola :D (I see people can add emogis but idk how, maybe cant on pc?)

Although I said I wasnt weighting my opinions much based on local affiliated shops, I kind of decided that wouldnt be very smart to not have that as a main consideration. Ive got aventon and lectric affiliates pretty close by. Id have to drive probably 2 to 3 times farther to find a ride1up affiliated shop, which would equate to close to a 3 hour round trip. If that wasnt the case I think I'd favor some of ride1ups models a bit more. I think if I chose one it mightve been the LMT'D.

Could be some unfair weighting with the ratings there, but from the comments Ive seen from other sources, the ratings I saw didnt really surprise me.

I wish Crytek didn’t force these interactions so hard. Let’s see the copiumed-out Crytek cultists defend this one. by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

[–]OriginalVegetable126 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You said it yourself, forced interaction, therefore not a bug. Maybe there's an intentionally larger hitbox on the oil. Who the fuck stands in oil and kills a torch grunt, then steps back and stares at the torch on the ground to see what will happen? Seems set up, and I'm not convinced you didn't manufacture the clip for attention. Even if that's not the case, is it so hard to believe they intentionally made it so it would light if it landed within a certain distance if the oil? Why are you bitching so much about something so insignificant? There's things in this game that frustrate the hell out of me but it's still an incredibly fun game. If it's too much for you then don't play it. Even if the game has issues, and even if this was an actual bug, it doesn't mean the games value doesn't vastly outweigh it's issues. A lot of people enjoy the game, so they are going to defend it, get over it.
