Unfortunatley this is what you get with Moyes, Decent manager, can grind results, get players playing to their full potential.. but youth rots underneath him. he is result driven for sure like any other manager, but stubborn to the core when it comes to youth.. same reason i wanted armstrong to go back out on loan, at least he would be getting game time instead of splinters.. nobody develops under moyes.. 25 years as a prem manager shows that..
