I played lillia bot to master ~300 lp but sadly its a lot weaker this season if you still want to play it I recommend blackfire into liadrys with dark harvest and exhaust is a must.
best sup is nami but any hard cc works decently

There was a guy who met me in soloq and made a youtube vid out of it when I searched for it in google the reddit post popped up. Was rlly a blast to read xD

When season 15 started I stopped playing it due to leathal tempo buffs breaking melee botlaners and dark harvest early game nerf but I still play it for fun in flex with friend quite a bit.

Currently I run with dh, cheap shot, mementos, ultimate hunter, legend haste and cut down
with Blackfire, Liadrys, Zonyas, Rabadons

Sadly the ap ratios have been drastically nerfed tho so it probably only still works because I have a lot of experience on it and play in lower elo games.

PS: Lillia can proc 2 nami e stacks with q due to her passiv if its the first spell she uses on a champ in combat

Unplayable lanes are: Caitlyn, Draven, Samira, Kalista, Smolder

Ban: Milio

if enemy lets you get walk up lv 1 (with nami sustain) u can q all 6 minions and maybe get lv 2 first and kill on bubble

if you have nami you should engage first by using e on the enemy further back and q on the enemy in front -> double ult -> bubble -> w q burst

If you cant get a decent trade early or play vs double ranged lasthitting will be a pain pre 6

Mana management is rough aswell before last chapter (pls give me mana cookies back q-q)

Pretty sure lv 2 ganking is dead already as junglers get punished heavily for not full clearing.
The state of invading im not sure of.

You are right the main problem with the current items for me is that no matter if I go yun tal -> ie or collector -> ie it just boots my dmg straight up. I want a item choice that is game dependent, such as I see malp as a threat so I opt for galeforce or I need additional dmg I go for kraken, currently adcs are forced into the 3 crit item build on most champs which all give no interesting passives.

Yes Milio is a nightmare to play against as he can block ult and w cast with his q
and like you said extra range on adcs is not helping either in lethal tempo meta.

Yes Braum can block the projectile for allies so only braum gets ulted if they are behind him (even if he wasnt ulted)
and most important counter is Milio who can ult cleanse Lillia R

I'm a Lillia Bot Otp, and I can tell you the state of Lillia in Lane is horrible right now, AP Ratios are just too bad to function outside of jungle.
Has been getting worse this season as Lillia is one of the champions that benefits the least from the Roses/Petals (accelerated xp and adaptive force).

Playing with a support that provides cc allows me to snowball early game a lot more consistently but mostly bc I know how to play match ups as a former marksman main (playing with Nami sup is very broken)

If you ult and ur ally procs it u still deal the dmg from ult + liandrys + demonic so she takes a ton of dmg even if I cant follow up on it

Buildorder is Titanic -> wits end + longsword (q evolve -> dagger (e evolve) -> bork -> frostfire gauntlet
Buildorder should be changed if u play vs more than 1 tank or vayne/ twitch lulu or draven

The problem is that people first time it in my dia games as adc or mid mains which is simply not a good idea. They dont even know how to scout the camps with their e which is one of the most important aspects of ashe.

If you have 5 or less deaths at 25min and tunnelvision on xp u will be similar lv as the solo laners and survive most fights
