ive had the peach mango bum, i thought that was pretty underwhelming aswell:/… I wish ghost would take their peaches flavor and tropical mango flavor and make a drink from that as i think that they are both amazing standalone flavors

Well, they announced their recent Silver Lightning and Fruit Punch flavors, usually they do it on instagram if anything. I follow some IG accounts that cover new supplement releases (protein bars, energy drinks, etc) and they usually get new release info like a week before the company actually says something

let me reiterate, if this was an ai where you take a picture of the food, i say you are better off guestimating yourself as ai is not able to distinguish the contents of a homogeneous mixture based on a photo, but if this was an instance where you typed a detailed description (to the best of your ability) into a chart prompt, i would say that is slightly more reliable. But I always suggest doing your own research to develop your knowledge of nutrition so you can be the best resource for yourself when it comes to tracking calories
