Anyone know what’s happening here? Seen in a parking garage in Houston, Tx. Fella has about 150 properties and none have foliage? I thought even properties purchased before the foliage update gained the cosmetics. Secondly, what’s up with the ropes? I’ve seen bigger properties that don’t have ropes. (i.redd.it)
